Coen brothers

This unit has been by far my favorite of the semester. the main theme i saw throughout the movies was violence and a "cops and robbers" type struggle, with Raising Arizona there is Hi and his outlaw friends from jail and then Ed who gets mixed up between good and bag.  In fargo there is basically Margie vs. all the criminals; and lastly in No Country the cops didnt have too much to do with it but there was still the whole bad guy crime theme going.
